Claim before banks based in Azerbaijan reaches historic high

Baku. 10 March. REPORT.AZ/ Total amount of loans, got from the Central Bank of Azerbaijan Republic (CBAR) by commercial banks, made 5 917,3 million AZN to February 1, 2016 in Azerbaijan and reached its historic high.
Report informs referring to the Central Bank, claim of the CBAR to the banks has increased 507,1 million AZN or by 9,4% in comparison with analogical figure to January 1, 2016. In comparison with the analogical period of last year, claims before banks have increased 4 220 million AZN or 3,5-fold.
Notably, sharp increase of claims to banks is mainly related with the support to the International Bank of Azerbaijan by the CBAR in the framework of restructuring program of non-performed loans.
