Central Bank, Azerbaijan Fintech Association mull formation of innovative payment ecosystem in Azerbaijan

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has hosted a meeting with the representatives of the Azerbaijan Fintech Association, CBA Chairman Taleh Kazimov said on X, Report informs.

During the meeting, a presentation was delivered with the focus on global economic trends, in particular inflation, domestic macroeconomic situation and the monetary condition, as well as the balance of payments.

“Meeting participants also exchanged views on the results of the previous year, activities of organizations represented in the fintech ecosystem, formation of the innovative payments ecosystem and expansion of the cashless payments,” Kazimov said.
