Budget transfers from customs authorities up 29% in Azerbaijan

In January-November of this year, the budget transfers from the State Customs Committee (SCC) amounted to 5,089.591 million manats (about $3 billion), up 29.3%, from the previous year, Report informs, citing the Committee.
In the reporting period, the revenues from customs duties increased by 16.3% to 1,261.014 million manats ($0.74 billion), value added tax (VAT) by 35.8% to 3,621.416 million manats (over $2.13 billion), excise taxes went up by 2.3% to 149.815 million manats ($88.13 million), road tax grew by 43.5% to 57.346 million manats ($33.73 million).
