Budget revenues from state property leases in Azerbaijan up by nearly 20%

In January-April 2025, revenues from the lease of state property through the State Property Service under Azerbaijan's Ministry of Economy amounted to 14.8 million manats ($8.7 million), Report informs, citing the Ministry of Finance.

According to the ministry, this is 2.4 million manats ($1.4 million) or 19.4% more than in the same period last year.

Lease revenues were executed 27.2% above the forecast.

This year, the State Property Service is supposed to transfer 46 million manats ($27.1 million) to the state budget. Thus, 32.2% of this amount was provided within four months.
