BSE turnover rises by 76%

The total value of transactions on all financial instruments of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) in January-November 2023 amounted to 21,836,902,000 manats (approx. $13 billion), increasing by 76.4% in comparison to the previous year, Report informs.
Over the past year, the number of concluded transactions has increased by 29.4% to 11,613.
State securities accounted for 7,400,511,000 manats ($4.35 billion) of the BSE turnover, 10.7% more than a year earlier.
The value of transactions in the corporate securities market went up by 4.9% to 1,337,650,000 manats ($0.79 billion) during the reporting period, and repo transactions tripled to 13,098,741,000 manats (about $7.7 billion).
