A memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) CJSC and the CFA Institute, an international investment management organization, and its affiliate CFA Society Istanbul. Report informs about this with reference to BSE.
The agreement was signed by Ruslan Khalilov, chairman of the BSE Board, and Alper Alkan, president of CFA Society Istanbul. The main objective of the agreement is to create a platform for cooperation between CFA Society Istanbul, CFA Institute, and BSE to exchange experience, knowledge, and training in the financial sector.
This cooperation will help develop the financial and capital markets of Türkiye and Azerbaijan, Khalilov said.
The parties, as part of the cooperation, plan to implement joint activities to support the creation of a professional staff base in the financial sector, development and training programs, and best practices.
