Bank BTB management changes

Baku. 31 January. REPORT.AZ/ Chairman of the Management Board of the Bank BTB Samir Gojayev resigned from his post.

Report was informed in the bank.

According to information, a new chairman will replace him, but his name will be made public after consultation with the Financial Markets Supervision Chamber. Currently, the bank is temporarily headed by Deputy Chairman Rufat Abbasov.

Changes also made in the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee of the bank. Notably, on January 27, was held an extraordinary meeting of Bank BTB shareholders. The meeting discussed the issues related with management bodies of credit institution. Decisions on the management positions were also taken at this meeting.

Bank BTB was established in 2010. Its authorized capital is 52 million AZN. 75% of shares belong Mehdiyeva Nigar Ismayil, 19% - Rza Ismayil Sadig (Chairman of the Supervisory Board), and 6% - Mahmudova Tukazban Agha.
