Baku to host Egmont Group Committee meeting

A three-day meeting of the Egmont Group Committee, which unites financial monitoring bodies from different countries, will begin in Baku tomorrow, Report informs referring to the Financial Monitoring Service of Azerbaijan.
The event will be attended by representatives of financial monitoring bodies from about 20 jurisdictions, representing eight regional groups.
"The decisions and recommendations that will be adopted following the meeting will contribute to improving the effectiveness of the group's activities, implementing the group's strategy for 2022-2027 and strengthening global cooperation on financial monitoring," the Service notes.
