AzerGold to quadruple authorized capital 

AzerGold CJSC will increase the authorized capital by 171.3 million manats ($100.76 million) or 3.8 times from 62 million manats ($36.47 million) to 233.3 million manats ($137.24 million), Report informs.

The authorized capital will be increased at the expense of raising the face value of the CJSC’s 2 million shares in circulation from 31 manats ($18.24) to 116.65 manats ($68.62).
