Azerbaijani company plans to issue green bonds

The Baku Stock Exchange CJSC and AzChemco LLC have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.

According to Report, which cites BSE, the document was inked on the sidelines of the COP29 conference, which is being held in Baku from November 11 to 22.

The memorandum includes matters related to attracting financing through capital markets, including the issuance of green bonds.
