Azerbaijani bank pays over $35M dividends to its shareholders

PASHA Bank OJSC paid a dividend of 60 million manats (about $35.3 million) to its shareholders in 2023, Murad Suleymanov, a member of the Board and Chief Financial Officer of the bank, said at a press conference, Report informs.

Some 56.8% of the shares of PASHA Bank belong to PASHA Holding LLC, 28.2% to Bless LLC, 10% to Arif Pashayev, and 5% to Mirjamal Pashayev (Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Bank).
