Azerbaijan sees over 17% decline in troubled loans

As of February 1, 2023, the overdue loans in Azerbaijan stood at 583.8 million manats ($343.41 million), down 1.7% from the previous month.
According to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, this figure is 17.4% less than a year earlier.
In the reporting period, the share of troubled loans in the total loan portfolio was 2.9%, while this figure was 2.9% in late December and 4.1% as of February 1, 2022.
