Azerbaijan’s state budget to exceed $23B in 2025

In 2025, Azerbaijan’s state budget revenues are expected to be 36.616 billion manats (approximately $21.539 billion), while expenditures are projected at more than 39.667 billion manats (approximately $23.334 billion), Report informs citing the country’s Finance Ministry.
According to the ministry, these figures represent a 0.6% increase in revenues and a 0.2% decrease in expenditures compared to the approved forecasts for 2024.
Consequently, the state budget is expected to have a deficit of 3.051 billion manats ($1.795 billion), which is 9% less than the previous year.
