Azerbaijan’s Economy Ministry approves information form for electronic money organizations

Azerbaijan’s Board of the Economy Ministry has approved an information form on payment accounts opened by electronic money organizations for legal entities, local branches of foreign legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, Report informs.

The corresponding decision was signed by Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov.

The form was approved in accordance with Article 14 of the Law “On Payment Services and Payment Systems.”

The information form must be submitted in electronic form to the State Tax Service under the ministry within one business day from the date of opening the payment account.
