Azerbaijan's Customs Committee posts 38% increase in budget transfers

In January-February 2022, the State Customs Committee (SCC) transferred 820.837 million manats to the state budget, marking an increase of 38.3% from the previous year, the Committee told Report.
In the reporting period, revenues from customs duties increased by 23.2% to 195.712 million manats, from value-added tax (VAT) rose by 46.6% to 598.808 million manats, from excises dropped 11.4% to 17.930 million manats, and from road tax went up by 45.3% to 8.387 million manats.
