Azerbaijan’s CBA issues e-money institution license to Guavapay LLC

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) is considering applications from institutions to obtain payment service licenses in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Payment Services and Payment Systems,” Report informs, referring to the CBA.

As part of the ongoing process, the Central Bank Management Board decided to issue a perpetual e-money institution license to Guavapay LLC on April 9, 2025.
