Azerbaijan prepares draft amendments to the banking law

Baku. 21 October. REPORT.AZ/ Financial Markets Control Chamber has prepared draft amendments to the current banking legislation, including the law "On Banks".

Report informs, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Chamber, Rufat Aslanli said.

"This will allow us to distinguish between distressed assets and liabilities to transfer the healthy assets of operating banks, to join issues for their solving", said R. Aslanli.
