Azerbaijan observes nearly 11% surge in non-oil, gas tax revenues

In the first quarter of 2025, Azerbaijan generated over 3.226 billion manats (approximately $1.898 billion) in tax revenues from the non-oil and gas sector, accounting for 73.7% of total tax revenues, Report informs, citing the State Tax Service (STS) under the country's Economy Ministry.
This figure marks a 10.7% increase compared to the same period last year.
In January-March 2025, total revenues to the state budget through the STS reached 4.380 billion manats ($2.576 billion), reflecting a 2.3% growth compared to the previous year.
For 2025, the STS is required to transfer 15.5 billion manats ($9.117 billion) to the state budget, of which 28.3% has already been achieved in the first quarter.
