Azerbaijan, Hungary sign memorandum on cooperation in banking sector 

The Azerbaijan Banks Association (ABA) and the Hungarian Banking Association have signed a memorandum on cooperation in the banking sector, Report informs, citing ABA.

The document was signed by the APA President Zakir Nuriyev and Secretary General of the Hungarian Banking Association Levente Kovács.

The memorandum envisages the promotion of cooperation, the organization of events, including joint education and training programs, information exchange between the banks that are members of both associations, the development of correspondent relations, and the implementation of other measures related to the banking and financial sector. The document also includes cooperation in combating fraud in digital payments, cyber security in banks, exchange of experience in the optimization of various service fee tariffs, and study of international experience in issues related to the implementation of relevant state programs.
