Azerbaijan-based banks see 24% decline in external liabilities

Baku. 5 December. REPORT.AZ/ As of November 1, 2018, the external liabilities of Azerbaijan-based banks stood at AZN 1,932,600,000, up AZN 5.3 million or 0.3% from the previous month, Report informs citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA).
The external liabilities declined by AZN 617.7 million or 24.2% compared to a year earlier, AZN 375.7 million or 16.3% to early 2018.
