Azerbaijan-based banks see 20% decline in external liabilities

Baku. 4 October. REPORT.AZ/ As of September 1, 2018, the external liabilities of Azerbaijan-based banks stood at AZN 1,841,600,000, down AZN 42.7 million or 2.3% from the previous month, Report informs citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

The external liabilities declined by AZN 4,586,700,000 or 3.5-fold compared to a year earlier, AZN 466.7 million or 20.2% to early 2018.
