Azerbaijan and World Bank mull prospects for cooperation

Chairman of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) Taleh Kazimov met with the delegation led by Rolande Pryce the Regional Director of the World Bank (WB) for the South Caucasus, Kazimov said on X, Report informs.
During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on important directions of the WB's new Country Partnership Framework for Azerbaijan, which will cover 2025-2029, the current status of ongoing investment projects, as well as the matters related to the possible support of the WB within COP29.
“Additionally, we discussed the prospects of further expansion of the existing relations between two institutions and the WB's support opportunities toward the development of the green taxonomy,” Kazimov said.
