Average salary in Baku up by 7.2%

During January-August of this year, the average monthly nominal wage of employees in Baku amounted to 1,258.9 manats (over $740), Report informs, citing the Baku city statistics department.

The average monthly salary in Baku increased by 7.2% compared to the corresponding period of 2023.

During January-August of this year, the average monthly nominal salary of employees in Azerbaijan increased by 8% compared to the corresponding period of 2023 and amounted to 997.1 manats ($586).
