Average salary in Azerbaijan up 11%

As of February 1, 2022, the number of employees in Azerbaijan amounted to 1.679 million people, of which 901,000 people are employed in the public sector, and 778,100 in the non-state sector, Report informs referring to the State Statistics Committee of Azerbaijan.

In 2021, the average salary of employees in Azerbaijan increased by 10.9% compared to 2021 and amounted to 765.9 manats.
