Association: 25 fintech companies provide services in Azerbaijan

Currently, there are more than 25 market participants in the field of fintech in Azerbaijan, Chairman of the FinTech Association of Azerbaijan Ruslan Talibov said during an event on the topic 'Fintech-ecosystem in Azerbaijan - today and tomorrow', Report informs.
"27% of these companies are foreign or their local representative offices. 11% of fintech are new to the market, 44% are developing, and 45% are developed and established," he said.
In addition, Talibov said that according to the global innovation index, Azerbaijan ranks 80th among 132 countries and 70th among 110, according to the digitality index.
