Anti-dumping measures soar 61% in USA

Baku. 22 November. REPORT.AZ/ The US President Donald Tramp has made a decision on applying 77 anti-dumping duties from January 20, when his mandate commenced.

Report informs referring to the Russian media, number of these measures to protect domestic producers is 61% more than in 2016.

Last time the US government has made decision on anti-dumping yesterday. U.S. Department of Commerce said it would apply antidumping duties on steel wire products imported from Russia, Belarus and United Arab Emirates (UAE). The ministry announced that the decision came into force on September 5. As a result, 436.8-756.93% of customs duty will apply on steel wire products from Russia, 280.02% from Belarus and 84.1% from UAE.

"All trade agreements that could hurt the national economy will be revised and appropriate measures will be taken," Department said.
