Annual inflation rate makes up 12.2% in Azerbaijan

In January-March 2022, the consumer prices index (CPI) made up 112.2%, food products, drinks, and other products – 117%, non-food products - 106.2%, and paid services - 110.1%, Report informs.
According to the State Statistical Committee, in March, the CPI stood at 101.1% compared to the previous month, 112.1% compared to a year earlier.
In March 2022, the index of prices of food products, drinks, and tobacco products were 101.5% against the previous month, 116.8% against the previous year.
The index of prices of non-food products accounted for 100.8% compared to a month earlier, 106.6% by contrast a year ago.
The index of prices of paid services accounted for 100.8% compared to a month earlier, 110% in comparison to the previous year.
