Annual inflation continues to decline in Azerbaijan

Baku. 10 October. REPORT.AZ/ In January-September 2018 prices of consumption goods and services rose by 2.6% compared to the previous year, Report informs citing the State Statistical Committee (SSC).
According to the SSC, food products increased by 2.5%, non-food products by 3% and paid services rendered to population by 2.5%.
In September 2018, prices of consumption products and services rose by 0.2%, including by 0.4% on foodstuffs, 0.2% on nonfoods and 0.1% on paid services provided to population.
In January-August 2018, prices of consumer goods and services increased by 2.7% in comparison to a year earlier. In August, the prices of consumer goods and services increased by 0.9% by contrast to July.
