Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund issues bonds worth 20 mln AZN

Baku. 8 February. REPORT.AZ/ The Financial Markets Supervision Chamber has registered bond issue (AZ2011008680) of "Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund" OJSC (AMF).
Report informs citing the chamber.
According to information, 20,000 interest-bearing mortgage bonds issued at par value of 1 000 AZN.
The bonds will be placed by public offering. Annual yield of securities is 3%, the turnover period - 3 600 days.
AMF was established on August 18, 2016 on the base of Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund under the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) operating since 2005. Its authorized capital is 307,239 mln. AZN.
