'Silkway Insurance' OJSC to elect Managerial Board new member

Baku. 27 December. REPORT.AZ/ Time of the extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the Silkway Insurance OJSC at 10:00 tomorrow was changed to 14:00 today.

Notably, the meeting will be held at Zarifa Aliyeva Street, 55, Baku, (44th office).

Selection of an independent auditor to verify Silkway Insurance financial and economic activity during 2016 year, election of a new member to the Managerial Board will be discussed in the meeting. Rena Alyaddin Guliyeva, Chief Accountant of the company is responsible for submission of necessary documents.

Notably, Silkway Insurance was established in 2011 based on the "Azal Sigorta" OJSC, included in the Silkway Holding LLC. Its authorized capital is 14.77 mln AZN. 38.7% of the company's shares owned by Jamila Jahangir Asgarova, 38.7% by Malahat Jahangir Asgarova, 19% by the Silkway Airlines LLC, 3.6% by the Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC.
