Volume of gas production from Shah Deniz field disclosed

In the first quarter of 2024, the Shah Deniz field produced about 7 billion standard cubic meters of gas and more than 1 million tonnes (about 9 million barrels) of condensate in total from the Shah Deniz Alpha and Shah Deniz Bravo platforms, Report informs, citing BP Azerbaijan.
The volume of gas production from the Shah Deniz field is the same as the indicator for the same period in 2023.
The existing Shah Deniz facilities’ production capacity is currently about 79.5 million standard cubic meters of gas per day, or approximately 29 billion standard cubic meters per year.
