Azerbaijan cuts oil production by 2.8%

During the first five months of 2022, Azerbaijan produced 13.9 million tons of oil (including condensate), 400,000 tons or 2.8% less than a year earlier, Report informs, citing the Energy Ministry.
Of this, 8.8 million tons were extracted from the Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli block of fields, 1.9 million tons (condensate) from Shah Deniz.
SOCAR produced 3.2 million tons of oil (including condensate) in the reporting period.
