SOCAR slightly reduces oil production

In January-March of this year, the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) produced 1,884,502 tons of oil from the oil fields, according to SOCAR's report on drilling, production, processing, and export figures for the first quarter of 2024, Report informs.
This is 35,989 tons, or 1.9% less, than the indicators for the first quarter of 2023.
In general, during the first quarter of this year, 7,257,208 tons of crude oil were produced in Azerbaijan. This is 468,893 tons, or 6% less, than a year ago.
