Due to the recent decline in investment in offshore projects on a global scale, supply in international markets is currently unable to meet demand, said Rovshan Najaf, First Vice President and Acting President of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR).
Report informs that the SOCAR official spoke at the final session in Shusha dedicated to developing green energy in the Karabakh and East Zangazur economic regions.
"Therefore, it is necessary to increase investment in upstream and midstream projects," he said.
