SOCAR’s STAR Refinery increases diesel production by over 16%

STAR Oil Refinery, an asset of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) in Turkiye, produced 647,424 tons of diesel in November 2022, up 90,560 tons or 16.3% from the previous year, Report informs, citing the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA).
In total, Turkiye-based refineries produced 1,407,981 tons of diesel in September, down 112,655 tons or 7.41% from a year earlier.
Turkiye-based refineries produced 1,442,239 tons of diesel in total in November 2022, down 117,704 tons or 7.36% from a year earlier.
The diesel production by the STAR Refinery made up 556,864 tons in November 2021.
