SOCAR’s STAR Refinery increases diesel production by 2.5%

The STAR Refinery, an asset of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) in Turkiye, produced 534,849 tons of diesel in July 2022, up 13,035 tons or 2.5% from the previous year, Report informs, citing the Energy Market Regulatory Authority.

In total, the oil refineries in Turkiye produced 1,487,904 tons of diesel fuel in July, 2,457 tons or 0.16% less than a year earlier.

The Refinery’s diesel production in July 2021 was 521,814 tons.
