SOCAR increases oil production by 1%

Baku. 22 August. REPORT.AZ/ State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) in January-July 2014 produced 4,907 million tons of oil.

Report informs, compared to the same period last year, oil production increased by 1.1%. In July 2014, oil production by SOCAR was 709.7 thousand tons.

In 2014 the company plans to produce 8.4 million tons of oil.

In 2013, total oil production in Azerbaijan amounted to 43.48 mln tons, of which 8.314 mln tons were produced by SOCAR.
