Russia increases export duty on oil

From November 1, the duty on oil exports from Russia has increased by $8.4, to $71.2 per ton, according to the Russian Ministry of Economic Development, Report informs referring to angi.

The average price for Urals oil for the monitoring period from September 15 to October 14 amounted to $76.77 per barrel, or $560.4 per ton. A month earlier, it was $69.04 per barrel.

The duty on light oil products and oils increased to $21.3 from $18.8 per ton, while the duty on dark oil products and oils grew to $71.2 from $62.8 per ton. The export duty on commercial gasoline increased to $21.3 per ton from $18.8, and the duty on straight-run (naphtha) grew to $39.1 from $34.5 per ton.

The duty on LPG amounted to $134.3 per ton, while the duty on pure LPG fractions amounted to $107.4 per ton, while the duty on coke made $4.6 per ton.

On October 1, the duty on oil exports from Russia was reduced by $1.8 to $62.8 per ton.
