Production of associated gas in Azerbaijan down

In January-May 2024, production of associated gas in Azerbaijan amounted to 7.44 billion cubic meters, 3.1% less YoY, Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee.

Some 1.83 billion cubic meters (4.1% less YoY) of this volume fell to the share of commodity gas.

The share of associated gas in the total volume of gas production in Azerbaijan was 29.7%. The rest of the volume – 17.64 billion cubic meters or 70.3% fell to the natural gas (6.5% more YoY).
