Production in Surakhani field to drop 6% next year 

The Surakhani field is forecasted to produce 1.080 million barrels of oil next year, Report informs, citing the Opinion of the Chamber of Accounts of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the budget of the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan for 2022.

According to the information, the field is expected to produce 1.147 million barrels in 2021, down 5.84% from the forecast for 2022.

In 2020, this figure was 1.04 million barrels, 3.84% less than the expected production in 2022.
