President: Azerbaijan's non-oil exports increase by more than 40%

"Our export plans are being implemented. The country's non-oil exports have increased by more than 40 percent," Report informs that President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said this in an interview with local TV channels on January 12.

“This allows us to bring currency into the country not only through oil and gas, but also through other products. We must take into account that the country's population is growing. And thus demand and domestic consumption are growing. In this case, the increase in non-oil exports can be considered large achievement," the president said.
