Portugal increases oil imports from Azerbaijan by 80%

Azerbaijan exported 560,465.29 tons of oil to Portugal worth $390,606,140 in January-March 2022, respectively, up 79.5% and 3.16 times from the same period of 2021, Report informs, with reference to the State Customs Committee.
The crude oil export to Portugal accounted for 9.2% of Azerbaijan’s total oil exports. Portugal ranks second for the volumes of oil imported from Azerbaijan, while it was 5th in 2021.
