Peter Sztaray: Green Energy Corridor supports main objectives of COP29

The Green Energy Corridor project supports the main objectives of COP29, Peter Sztaray, State Secretary for Security Policy at the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, stated at the "Ministerial Dialogue: Expanding investments to triple renewable energy use and double energy efficiency" event held within the framework of COP29, Report informs.

Sztaray noted that organizing a meeting about the Green Energy Corridor project at COP29 was an excellent idea: "This has symbolic significance. Because both events are closely connected. The Green Energy Corridor project supports COP29's main objectives aimed at sustainable development. Focus has been placed on establishing infrastructure connections that are of great importance and supported by facts and studies. However, before we move forward, we need to clearly understand the feasibility of this project."
