Azerbaijan's energy minister condoles death of OPEC chief

"My dear friend Mohammed Sanusi Barkindo's death, who had invaluable services in the regulation of the oil market during the most difficult period made me very sad," Minister of Energy Parviz Shahbazov said expressing his condolences on the death of Mohammed Sanusi Barkindo, Secretary-General of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), according to Report.
"His biography became the story of OPEC. The fact that he was a peer with OPEC, the renaissance of the organization coincided with his years as the Secretary-General, the simultaneous completion of his mission in OPEC and in life was a rare regularity. May his soul rest in peace!" Shahbazov tweeted.
