OPEC chief expects oil demand above pre-pandemic levels in 2023

Global oil demand in 2023 will exceed pre-pandemic levels, reaching almost 102 million barrels per day, OPEC Secretary General Haitham Al Ghais said, Report informs.

He noted that by 2025 this figure will increase to 110 million barrels per day.

“OPEC remains committed to ensuring stability in the global oil market,” he added.
