Average daily oil production in Azerbaijan in August amounted to 489,000 barrels, Report informs referring to the monthly OPEC report.
According to the cartel, average daily oil production in Azerbaijan in August compared to July increased by 1,000 bpd or 0.2%.
According to the report, with Azerbaijan's 2024 quota for oil production under the OPEC+ deal of 551,000 bpd, actual production in August lagged behind by 62,000 bpd.
According to OPEC, average daily oil production in Azerbaijan in the first quarter of 2024 amounted to 477,000 bpd, in the second - 474,000 bpd.
In 2023, average daily oil production in the country was 503,000 bpd.
