Oil transportation via BTC through Turkey declines by 10%

Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline (BTC) transported 18.494 million barrels of oil in March, which is 1.115 million barrels or 5.7 percent less than the previous year, Report informs, citing BOTAS.
In the first quarter of 2021, the BTC transported 51.998 million barrels of oil through Turkey, down 5.658 million barrels or 9.8% from a year earlier.
The BTC transports ACG oil and Shah Deniz condensate. Moreover, the pipeline carries crude oil and condensate volume, as well as Turkmen, Russian and Kazakh oils.
