Oil supplies by BTC pipeline through Turkey down almost 8%

The Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline pumped 17.499 million barrels of oil through Turkey in January 2022, Report informs, citing BOTAS, a Turkish pipeline operator.
According to the company, this figure is 1.468 million barrels or 7.74% more than in January 2021.
In 2021, the BTC pipeline transported 200,149 million barrels of oil through Turkey.
The BTC pipeline mainly carries oil from Azerbaijan’s Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli (ACG) block and condensate from the Shah Deniz field.
