New leader appointed to Management Board of Petkim

There have been changes in the Board of Directors of Petkim Petrokimya Holding AŞ (Petkim), a subsidiary of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan in Turkiye, Report informs, citing Turkiye's Public Disclosure Platform.

The company's Board of Directors will be headed by SOCAR's vice-president for economic affairs, Suleyman Gasimov. He will replace Rovnag Abdullayev, former president of SOCAR and currently deputy minister of economy, in this position.

Another vice president of SOCAR, Kanan Najafov, was appointed the deputy chairman of the Board of Directors of Petkim.

The members of the Management Board and the division of duties are as follows:
