Italian Maire Tecnimont subsidiary shuts down Azerbaijan branch

KT - Kinetics Technology S.p.A., a subsidiary of the Italian firm Maire Tecnimont, has decided to close its branch in Azerbaijan, Report informs via Vergiler Newspaper of the Azerbaijan State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy.

As part of the liquidation process, creditors are required to submit their claims to Kinetics Technology S.p.A. within a two-month period. These claims can be addressed to the Azerbaijan branch.

KT - Kinetics Technology S.p.A. played a significant role in the modernization and reconstruction project of the Baku Oil Refinery named after Heydar Aliyev in Azerbaijan.
